AA Euro Recruitment (UK) Ltd are currenlty recruiting for a Client Relationship Executive for our Healthcare Agency based in London.

Duties of the role will include but not limited to:

* Generating new business from lead generation, area knowledge, client visits, social media, networking events and word of mouth.

* Keeping abreast of market developments by attending all relevant functions and events relating to the healthcare industry.

* Having a regular presence in client facilities through weekly contact calls and client visits.

* Managing on-site complaints and incidents, liaising with Operations Manager & Safeguarding Manager when necessary, ensuring all documentation is fully completed and saved on SW2.

* Recruiting & Scheduling new client agency requests.

* Ensuring that all systems are being used to full capacity and that all contact with clients and candidates are logged adequately.

* Constantly striving to meet KPIs as set out by the Operations Manager.

Role Requirements

* Previous sales or business development experience is desirable.

* Healthcare Recruitment experience is desirable.

* Positive, collaborative, can do attitude with both internal and external stakeholders.

* Strong written and oral communication skills.

* Excellent organisational and time management skills.

* Full proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office suite.

* Proven record of achieving and exceeding targets/KPI’s set.

* Full drivers’ licence and access to own transport
