Overview

We seek a Principal Electronics Engineer to lead a 15-person engineering team, focusing on R&D developments and providing technical leadership in both electrical and electronic domains. This role combines expertise in circuit design, PCB technology, power management, and system architecture.

Required Qualifications

* IET-accredited degree with ~10 years relevant experience

* Proven project and team leadership experience

* Strong electronics design theoretical and practical knowledge

* Expertise in circuit analysis, performance evaluation, and troubleshooting

* Project lifecycle management experience

* Track record of innovative engineering solutions
