You will be instrumental in supporting Demand Management meetings, defining solution options, and producing architecture packs to communicate complexities of customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Demand Management meetings to route demand appropriately to delivery teams
Undertaking business analysis with customers to elicit their requirements
Aligning incoming demand to the functional and overall strategic roadmap
Defining solution options in line with customer requirements
Producing architecture packs to communicate complexities surrounding customer demand
Producing high-level designs to gain quotations from IT service providers and mobilise IT projects
Managing the production of weekly performance metrics for Information Management and Technology leads

Job Requirements:

Essential:

Knowledge and experience of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF)
Competent in identifying risks and opportunities
Good all-round knowledge of technical/Virtual Machine work/Cloud for non-secure data
General understanding of Cloud architectural principles
Desirable:

Manufacturing background
Operational technology background
