Production Manager - Devon - up to £60,000 + Benefits - Ref 1876

I am currently recruiting for a Production Manager to work for a leading manufacturing organisation based in Devon. Salary up to £60,000.

I am currently looking for a highly skilled, experienced hands-on Production Manager to lead the site manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high quality, safe products, whilst driving continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Essential Requirements:

Experience working within a similar role (production/manufacturing)
Experience in managing/leading a team
Production environment background (medical devices, pharma, food, highly regulated)
Hands on approach to production with experience of manual process & plans
Proven understanding & knowledge of H&S processes
