Main responsibilities include

Work closely with Production Team Leader
Manage and gather time sheets
Ensure all team members are well-equipped
Working from issued drawings and signing off work as required
Ensured health and safety standards are consistently met
Responsible for the general appearance of the place, keeping the floor space clear
Reporting on key data for the department
Collaborating with team to assist in boosting production in one of the key areas in the factory: laser cutting, press brake, welding, and fabricationOther responsibilities…

Complete any outstanding tasks
Report any deviations

Full valid UK driving licence
Fork Truck licence – training can be provided
A clear understanding of engineering drawings
Previous experience and knowledge of steel work
Good IT skills
Standard of written and spoken English
Experience in either laser cutting, press brake, welding, or fabrication
