Our client a global top 20 leader in their field, are looking to recruit an Interim Group Financial Controller. You will have overall control and leadership of the group finances, ensuring a faultless level of compliance and financial governance across the business.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

* Act as the UK’s technical accounting and tax expert accurately prepare and submit financial reports in compliance with relevant standards and tax laws

* Proactively lead all interfaces with the financial auditor, tax compliance team, HMRC and banks

* Drive efficiency initiatives to ensure compliance is achieved in a commercially appropriate manner

* Lead business support framework implementation in the UK and ensure monitoring activities are appropriately undertaken

* Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
