About the Role:

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Contract: Full-time / Part-time available

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide tailored support to students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.

* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.

* Work one-on-one and in small groups to help students reach their full potential.

* Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support student progress.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential).

* A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
