About the Role
Your mission: to manage and grow our national team of nurses, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. You’ll lead in both clinical operations and team management, with responsibilities including:

* Overseeing and delivering exceptional clinical care.

* Managing and training nursing staff.

* Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and CQC standards.

What We’re Looking For

* Registered Nurse (RGN) with NMC registration.

* Acute care experience, including IV therapies, cannulation, and phlebotomy.

* Leadership experience, with a focus on team management and training.

* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
