Job Description:
Amber Mace are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead this fantastic care home in Chippenham, Wiltshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring high-quality care and support for all residents. Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the daily operations of the care home
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Managing and supporting staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Budget management and financial planning
- Maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and external agencies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
