This extensively renovated Hotel, Bar & Restaurant boasts panoramic views offering a perfect backdrop for a delightful dining experience.

With new meeting & event spaces, they are ready to host meetings, events and weddings etc.

Duties

* Cooking and preparation and plating food creatively

* Running a specific kitchen section

* Working with the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus, and planning and executing menus with other colleagues

* Ensuring health, safety and hygiene standards
