Brandon Thatchers Film Services Ltd are a small but growing business in the Rugby area, providing scenery and props to the film, TV, and events industry. They are now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to help, advise, and coordinate orders from their clients.

Requirements

* A helpful and confident telephone manner

* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)

* An artistic eye – you’ll often be advising on shape, colour, and texture

* A fast learner with the ability to multi-task

* A friendly and communicative team player

* Someone who takes responsibility and sees tasks through to deadlines

* Sage (accounting software) experience is a plus, but not essential

* Own transport is required, as we are not on public transport routes

Key Responsibilities

* Answer calls and emails generated by our website and client base

* Assist and advise customers on stock levels, product suitability, and shipping

* Pass orders to our installation or warehouse team

* Coordinate our Location Team, including booking accommodation and transport

* Work closely with other teams within the business to achieve targets

* Complete various administrative tasks in a busy office environment
