PRS are seeking to recruit a contract cover Joiner based in the Blackburn area.  This is a contract role running to end of May 2025.  Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4pm, Paying £19.00 per hour.

This role is a single-site role offering Joinery and small building works on a remodelling.

Key Accountabilities:
Compliance and Statutory Inspections
Fabric Maintenance
Pre-planned Maintenance
Reactive repairs and maintenance
 
Main Responsibilities:
To work with own initiative, following drawings to produce remodel of office areas.
Work to current building regulations and in a safe and tidy manner
 
Qualifications:
Time served in a joinery/maintenance discipline
Previously worked within a general maintenance environment.
