Salary: £11.44 per hour (Overtime rate 1.5 the hourly rate after completing 42.5hours/week)

About the Role as a Warehouse Operative:

Parcel Management: Sort, pack, and prepare parcels and dried goods for dispatch.
Stock Handling: Assist with inventory management to ensure accurate records.
Workflow Coordination: Support daily operations to meet deadlines efficiently.
Quality Checks: Perform quality control to ensure goods meet required standards.
Clean & Safe Work Environment: Adhere to health and safety regulations.Requirements for the Role of Warehouse Operative:

Physical Fitness: Able to lift and move goods during shifts.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in packing and sorting tasks.
Teamwork Skills: Work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Good understanding of English (both written and verbal).
