They’re a well-established but relatively small civils and earthworks contractor who are now seeking a dedicated Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to lead and streamline their commercial operations.

The role offers the flexibility of using their Bristol office as a base, with projects spanning nationwide and values ranging from £200k to £10M. You will have freedom to manage your own diary splitting your time between site, office and home.

Salary wise, they’re very open—this is a pivotal hire for them, so they’re keen to ensure it’s competitive enough to attract the right person.
