What We’re Looking For We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality food while maintaining excellent kitchen standards. You will play a key role in menu planning, team management, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong leadership skills to support and develop the kitchen team
The ability to manage kitchen operations, including stock control and food purchasing
A passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and creating innovative specials
Excellent culinary and presentation skills to ensure consistency and quality
The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Flexibility to cover a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
In the absence of the Head Chef, you will take responsibility for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining a motivated and well-organised team.
