Area Sales Manager (APAC Region)
This role involves frequent international travel, occasionally with minimal advance notice. When not travelling, you will follow a hybrid work model, splitting your time between remote work and regular in-person visits to ELGA headquarters in Lane End, High Wycombe

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our leading, well respected water technologies company, where you will play a pivotal role within the ELGA LabWater’s sales team.
Your mission;
* Drive sales volumes across your region while providing valuable insights to ELGA HQ on market trends and product needs.
* Develop tailored plans for each business unit to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on key accounts, ensuring you hit your quarterly and annual financial goals.
* Collaborate closely with our marketing and product management teams to set ambitious growth targets and execute impactful strategies.
What you will do;
* Engage effectively with clients at all levels, showcasing your ability to influence and build strong relationships.
* Prepare compelling business proposals and draft sales plans and contracts in collaboration with your ELGA colleagues.
* Lead regular meetings with existing customers to strengthen partnerships and ensure lasting business success.
* Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring their strategies and identifying new business growth opportunities.

Your Skills;
* Strong technical knowledge of pure water principles and the ELGA product range.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical competence.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
* Familiarity with CRM software or similar platforms.
* Business-conscious and commercially astute.
* Fluent in English, with additional European languages being a plus.
