Due to continued on-going developments, there is now a vacancy for a Fresh Produce experienced Customer Technical Manager. The successful candidate will be part of the Technical team located at their state-of-the-art facility in Lincolnshire.

* Superb communication and strong negotiation skills

* A successful track record of strong retail relationship building

* Minimum three years fresh produce experience

* Ideally a good understanding of deciduous fruit crops

* Excellent attention to detail with clear focus on end results

* Personal integrity
