The Company

A well-regarded design, build, fit out construction contractor based in Coventry is looking for an ambitious Contracts Manager to be based out of the office in Coventry to manage the delivery on projects throughout the Uk. Type of work this contractor covers is within the commercial, industrial and retail sectors on projects up to £4 million.

This role will be a hybrid type position consisting of working in the office a couple of days and the rest visiting sites.

This is a unique opportunity as the construction director wants someone to join the team with the right career aspirations to grow within the current operational team. This role is perfect for an up-and-coming Project / Site Manager looking for that next step in the career.

What they are looking for:

You will have come from construction contracting background with a stable background.
They are looking for someone who has fit out refurbishment experience working on projects ideally in the sectors mentioned above.
