Area to be covered: Central (Manchester to Oxford)

Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + £4,000 - £5,000 bonus

The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Floor & Wall Tiles will involve:

* Field sales role promoting a distributed range of wall and floor ceramic tiles

* Majority of your time will be spent focusing on protecting & breaking specifications via contractors and house builders

* Smaller element of the role will be spent generating specifications with architects, house developers and interior designers

* Once up and running will be targeted to turnover circa £1m

* Will be conducting CPD seminars

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager – Ceramic Tiles with:

* Must have specification sales experience with house developers, contractors, architects and specifiers

* Must be from the tile or associated sector for example flooring

* Contacts within tile fixers/ tiling contractors, main contractors or regional housebuilders is advantageous

* Go getter able to generate new business

* Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
