We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Children's Support Worker to join our team. You will support children with mental health challenges and challenging behaviours, helping them develop coping strategies and emotional resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-on-one support to children with mental health needs.

* Promote positive behaviour and help de-escalate challenging situations.

* Work closely with families and professionals to ensure holistic care.

* Maintain accurate records of progress and concerns.

Requirements:

* Experience supporting children with mental health or behavioural needs.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach.

* Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations.
