A highly ranked Legal 500 firm is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their reputable, busy, and friendly team. DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Working alongside the head of the department and other experienced solicitors to manage a varied caseload of non-contentious private client matters.

* Advising high-net-worth individuals on matters including estate planning, will writing, trust creation and administration, lasting powers of attorney, and court of protection applications.

* Managing estate administration and providing guidance on complex succession planning.

* Supervising and mentoring junior team members to support their development.

* Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring the highest standard of service.

ABOUT YOU:

* Friendly, approachable, and professional

* Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with at least 3-5 years PQE in Private Client work.

* A proven track record of managing a broad caseload of non-contentious private client matters, including estate planning, trusts, and administration.

* Strong communication and client care skills, particularly when dealing with high-net-worth individuals.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen interest in developing your expertise in niche areas of private client law.

* Previous experience in supervising or mentoring junior colleagues is highly desirable.
