What You’ll Do

* Sourcing Talent: Find top-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and our internal database.

* Building Relationships: Communicate with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

* Screening and Interviewing: Assess candidates’ suitability through interviews.

* Achieving Targets: Work towards personal and team KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

* Fluent Romanian speaker (essential).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.

* Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

* No prior experience in recruitment required – we will provide full training
