Are you a highly motivated individual with strong customer service skills in the insurance industry? 

Our client, a leading personal lines insurance broker, is seeking two talented Customer Service Advisors to join their dynamic motor insurance team.

What you'll do:

Provide exceptional customer service through telephone and email interactions

Prioritise and process customer inquiries efficiently

Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their motor insurance policies

Make outbound calls to customers to address policy queries and provide updates

Process incoming communications from third parties to ensure accurate records

Maintain meticulous attention to detail and meet deadlines

Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

What you'll need:

Experience in the insurance industry, particularly motor insurance

Strong Customer service telephone skills, including both inbound and outbound calls

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

A friendly, patient, and helpful demeanor

A team-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

Exceptional attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

What would be great, but not essential:

CII qualification

Experience with Open GI software

What's on offer:

Competitive salary of £23,900-£24,500 per annum, depending on experience

Company & Team events 

Office-based working hours a mix of Early/Late shifts:

Early shift: 08:30 - 17:30

Late shift: 10:00 - 19:00

Every third Saturday: 09:00 - 15:00
