Private medical insuranceKey Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
Preparing and issuing client review packs to Advisors in advance of client meetings
Undertaking CGT analysis
Opening and handling client post
Administering Bed and ISA transactions and annual realignment
Accurately inputting new enquiry information onto the CRM system
Assisting with maintaining administrative procedures and regularly reviewing to consider ways of improving existing processesKey Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
You should have excellent work ethic, with the ability to self-review and ensure work is accurate
Ideally, you will have experience in financial services, preferably within an IFA
A relevant degree if a graduate, i.e. finance or economics
The ability to demonstrate strong organisational skills is required
