Job Duties:
Manage and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure swift resolution of customer issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide information to customers about products and services
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
Attention to detail and accuracy
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
Experience:
Prior experience in customer service roles preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Understanding of customer care principles and practises
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional customer service training or certifications
Experience in the construction industry
Working Conditions:
