I am currently working with a professional law firm based in Newcastle. They are seeking a qualified Real Estate Solicitor to join their Newcastle office. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team.

Role - Real Estate Solicitor

Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 - Negotiable due to experience

Location - Newcastle

Key Responsibilities:

Stay updated with changes in property law, especially in the context of commercial real estate.
Draft and review contracts for property transactions, including sale, purchase, and lease agreements.
Assist with land acquisition, planning permissions, and legal aspects of property development.
Development work, both commercial and residential;About you:

Strong ability to interpret property laws and apply them to real-world situations.
