Electrical Engineer - £44,000-£45,000 - White City

I am currently looking to speak to Electrical Engineer for a corporate office building based in White City. The need is for a Electrical Engineer to come and join a 4 man team, and continue to provide an efficient service of the maintenance and building services within a corporate environment.

This site is globally recognised and is one where all engineers will learn and develop their career and skill set. On offer will be specific internal and external training opportunities.

As an Electrical Engineer you will be required to work Mon-Fri split days, 7am-4pm & 10am-7pm.

Day to Day Duties;

Working Monday-Friday split days, 7am-4pm and 10am-7pm. Part of a 4 man team.

* PPMs, Reactives, UPS and AHU, FCU, Emergency Lighting, control panels, 3 phase power,

* Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner

* Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve

* Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported escalated as required.

* Maintain informal communications with client staff members related to service levels and issues

* Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client

* Remain flexible with regards to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency

* Be fully aware of relevant Health & Safety and general legislative matters

Qualifications/Requirements

* Qualified in Electrical Installation, City & Guilds or NVQ

* Maintenance skills

* Experience with PPM’s on commercial systems

* Steady and progressive work history

* Experienced in work on large scale building services applications

Reactive repairs that arise on a daily basis. All applicants must come form a strong maintenance background and have the ability to deal with a fast paced corporate environment.

Core qualifications are key in this role the minimum requirement is City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installation or similar

Previous Shift & Critical experience is required
