We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Head Chef (or an experienced chef ready to step up) to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our talented Sous Chef, contributing to menu creation and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Role Details

• Position: Head Chef (or aspiring Head Chef)

• Schedule: 3-4 days per week, will including weekends (negotiable)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sous Chef on menu development and innovation

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team during service

• Maintain high culinary standards and ensure food quality consistency

• Uphold cleanliness, safety, and kitchen organisation
