What You’ll Do:
Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
Quickly resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Work with internal teams and suppliers to provide fast, efficient service
Assist with returns, exchanges, and any other queries
Contribute to team projects and help improve our customer experienceWhat We’re Looking For:
Passion for delivering top-notch customer service
Experience in customer service or call centres is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Alternating Monday to Friday shifts:
8:00 am – 4:15 pm
9:45 am – 6:00 pm
Every other Saturday (with a day off during the week)
1 in 6 Sundays (work from home, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm)
