Finance Manager - up to £75,000 + Bonus - Guildford (3 days p/w week in the office) 

IN2 Consult is partnering with a high growth Business near Guildford on the recruitment of a Finance Manager role (up to £75,000 DOE + Bonus).

The role includes Managing a team of Qualified Accountants, month end oversight, Budgeting & Forecasting, prepping the Annual Audit and Business Partnering up to C-Suite level. 

To give an insight into the role - This is an opportunity to join a high growth business and take senior responsbilities within a Varied Finance Manager role.

The key responsibilities of this Finance Manager role includes:

Oversight and involvement in Month end reporting.
Business Partnering up to C-suite level - Finance and non Finance Personnel
Driving and improving internal controls
Statutory reporting
Budgeting and forecasting
VAT and prep of Annual Audit
Line Management and development of a team of qualified Management Accountants.
The desired candidate for this Finance Manager role should have the following experience:

ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
Adept with FRS 102
Experience within the manufactering and/or relative sector
Full month end proficincies
Exposure to statutory reporting and accounting in a previous or current role
Strong understanding of standard methodologies in Accounting and Financial Systems, including Dyanmics 365.
