Responsibilities for a Credit Controller:

The Credit Controller must actively maintain and keep track of accounts
Reconciliations of accounts
Chasing debts via telephone, emails and letters within the timescale
Negotiating payment plans and handling disputed debts
Keeping clear records of client chasing
Proactively assisting with ad-hoc administration duties
 Requirements to become a Credit Controller:

Proven strong credit control experience.
Knowledge of Sage.
Have experience with CIS.
Attention to detail, logic, ability to problem solve and prioritise workloads.
