Teach Now UK is seeking an exceptional Behaviour Specialist to join a dynamic and supportive secondary school in Harrow, London. This role is ideal for someone with experience working with Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, or Key Stage 5 students who display challenging behaviours or have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Your Role as a Behaviour Specialist
As a Behaviour Specialist, you will:
• Provide tailored support to students with behavioural challenges, both in small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
• Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and exceptional behaviour management skills.
• Build positive relationships with students to encourage their academic and personal development.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a nurturing and structured learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
• A Level 3 qualification, degree in Education/Special Inclusive Education, or equivalent experience working with challenging behaviours and SEND.
• GCSEs in Maths and English (essential)
• A confident, proactive, and empathetic approach to supporting students with additional needs.
