Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized learning plans to meet the individual needs of students with a range of learning disabilities and emotional or behavioral challenges.
Create an inclusive, supportive, and safe classroom environment where all students feel valued.
Work closely with parents, carers, and external specialists to monitor progress and adjust strategies.
Promote the development of social, emotional, and academic skills through creative and effective teaching methods.
Contribute to the overall development of the school's SEN provision.

What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience or a strong interest in supporting students with Special Educational Needs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, patient, and creative in adapting teaching strategies to suit individual needs.
