Providing administrative support to the team
Managing correspondence via email and phone
Maintaining and updating records and databases
Assisting in scheduling and organising meetings
Preparing reports and presentations as required
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring office supplies are adequately stocked
Adhering to company policies and proceduresProfile
A successful Administrator should have:
A strong educational background in Business Administration or a related field
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A keen attention to detail
The ability to work effectively in a team
