We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to commence, or further their career in Human Resources, as an Apprentice People Coordinator.

You will join our successful People team, and with support access to a fully funded CIPD level 3 qualification, whilst gaining valuable work experience to compliment your learning. The role

As an Apprentice People Coordinator, you will support the delivery of a comprehensive first-class and 'right-first time' people service across the organisation. You will provide a proactive, reliable and effective support to the People Team through high quality customer service and excellent administration. The ideal candidate will use their communication skills to build and maintain effective relationships with their customers, colleagues and stakeholders to provide a first class HR service.

What skills and experience we are looking for:

* Minimum of Grade C in Maths and English, with a commitment to completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and well-organized with the ability to manage workloads.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Able to ensure data and records are maintained accurately, understanding the confidentiality in handling sensitive personal data

* Previous experience working in a team environment (experience in HR or customer service is desirable but not essential).

* Enthusiastic, flexible, and self-motivated, with a proactive approach and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

* Dedicated to personal development and continuous improvement

* Must be able to travel to Acton Court, Stafford (a driving license and access to a vehicle are desirable).
