Social Worker | Assessment and Intake Team | Southwark Council

We are looking for a Social Worker with current Social Work experience to join a busy front door Social Work team. The Assessment & Intake Team is based in the community and provides an initial assessment for the Older Persons and Physical Disability Service.

Requirements

* Experience with various complex caseloads in OPPD

* Prior experience using IT Databases e.g. Mosaic/Liquid Logic

* Safeguarding investigations experience - 2 years’ experience post ASYE
