We are seeking an experienced administrator to supporting the new product marketing function of the business. You will be responsible for managing products through the process from start to finish, managing changes to products through the back-office system and producing support documentation.
This is an initially a temporary opportunity until the end of the year, but it is likely to extend, and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Job type - Temporary
Location: Wokingham (hybrid working available)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
Salary: £12.50 - £13.20 per hour depending on experienceAs the Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Managing new product set ups, product changes and process management
Management of product data across platforms and databases
Gathering product data from various sources in the business
Supply product information for online including websites.
Ensuring accuracy of product informationThe successful Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:
Strong administration skills
High level of organisation with a good eye for detail and accuracy
Confident communication skills both written and verbal.
Flexible working attitude
Intermediate MS Office skills
Previous experience within marketing would be advantageous
