A tier 1 main contractor in Hertfordshire are looking to expand their construction team and is currently recruiting for an Architect on a long term contract basis.

This position will be on going for a minimum of 6 - 12 months, with a view to extend depending on secured projects within the group.

As an Architect within the construction team, you will be responsible for delivering projects ranging up to £150 million from inception to completion and handover, reporting into the Lead Architect. To apply for this position, you will need to have had experience in taking design from inception to hand over. You will be expected to be involved from stage 3 to 5.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years' experience within either an architecture practise or main contractor
Must have revit experience
RIBA Chartered Architect Key Requirements:

Highly proficient with Revit
Understanding planning, building control, and CDM regulations.
Have worked with JCT and NEC forms
