Superb opportunity to join a leading wealth/asset management firm in the City of London.

The business is continuing to evolve and we are looking for a Client Onboarding Manager join their agile team. The role offers high autonomy with full ownership of client/intermediary take-on in their multi-product environment.

You will work with multiple business areas to on-board a diverse range of clients, from privates to corporates and HNWIs. We are looking for someone with strong experience in running KYC/AML processes, PEP checks and performing enhanced due diligence.

Communication is an integral part of the role and we also require someone with strong client-facing experience.

What you will be doing;

* Supporting the onboarding of various clients (privates, corporates and those of high net worth) for various business areas, ensuring accurate and timely adherence to KYC & AML procedures and requirements.

* Assist the business in ensuring client AML records are fully up to date through periodic AML refreshes and file remediation.

* Conducting ongoing PEP and Sanctions monitoring for existing clients.

* Assessment, review and gathering of client KYC documentation for those clients subject to EDD, including escalation to the Compliance team/MLRO.

* Risk rating of new and existing clients in accordance with their status and agreed risk profile/category.

What experience you’ll need;

* Strong clientfacing experience in a front office environment.

* Strong experience working within financial services. Preferably 3 5 years.

* A strong background in performing KYC/AML processes/procedures and working with multiple clients both in the UK and overseas.

* Experience implementing procedures and EDD.

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
