IT Support Analyst

Our client, a leading company based in Harlow, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Analyst to join their team.

This role will involve enhancing their business systems and processes. You will utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to contribute to a diverse range of projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for continuous improvement. Previous experience in a similar role is essential and experience with Tesseract, Compleat and SQL/SSMS is required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Offer first-line technical support to end-users, resolving IT issues via phone, email, or in person.

* Lead the implementation of new systems and applications.

* Generate and interpret performance data to improve operational effectiveness.

* Maintain KPI reports, management dashboards, and performance metrics to support the Business Support team.

* Handle customer and internal staff requests with a high standard of customer service.; maintenance as required to support BAU and resolve queries raised.

* Configure and develop business systems for internal and external customers using Tesseract and other tools.

* Develop and deliver process mapping, system user guides, and training materials.

* Optimise Tesseract and oversee stakeholder engagement to implement changes

* Ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of Tesseract and its integration with other systems.

* Support administrative and operational teams with technical expertise.

* Provide IT analytical support and utilise tools like Google for investigative purposes.

The successful candidate will have:

* At least 2 years’ experience within a similar role

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
