Build Maintain Recruit Limited is working with a well-established client in South Devon to find a skilled and motivated Sales Estimator to join the team. Our client is a prominent provider of premium products and is known for their commitment to excellence and innovation in design. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that works with leading housebuilders and commercial developers across the UK.

In this role, you will be instrumental in creating accurate and timely quotations for commercial and retail projects. The position involves close collaboration with both clients and internal teams, with a focus on delivering excellent service and supporting the company’s high standards in quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, developers, and housebuilders involved in both commercial and new-build projects.
Respond to client inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
Review and interpret drawings and specifications to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
Prepare detailed quotations and walk clients through the quote, addressing any questions and ensuring clarity.
Cultivate and strengthen client relationships to foster repeat business and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage a variety of project values, from smaller installations to larger-scale initiatives, with precision and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the construction design industry, as well as the skills needed to thrive in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. Specifically, we are seeking someone who has:
Experience in kitchen design, planning, or a related field.
Knowledge of essential elements in kitchen layout and design processes.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately within deadlines.
A team-oriented approach and a positive, “can-do” attitude.
Strong communication skills for building long-term client relationships.
