Construo Recruitment is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join a well-established and expanding property consultancy in Bristol. This firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality property assessments and expert advice to clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct property inspections and produce detailed survey reports.

* Assess structural conditions, defects, and maintenance requirements.

* Provide expert guidance on property risks and market valuations.

* Ensure all reports are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.

Requirements:

* Recognised qualification such as MRICS, FRICS, AssocRICS, MCIOB, MCABE, MCIAT, or MICWCI.

* Proven experience in residential property surveys.

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

* Full UK driving license.
