Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor

Location: Corsham Office with Some Homeworking Available

Overview: We are seeking a Senior Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join our award-winning multi-disciplinary practice. This role will be based in our Corsham office, with some flexibility for homeworking.

Main Duties:

Prepare cost estimates, feasibility studies, and establish project budgets.

Develop tender documents, contracts, and manage procurement processes.

Monitor project expenditures and provide financial reports.

Value completed work, manage payments, and prepare final accounts.

Conduct risk assessments and cost-benefit analyses.

Ensure compliance with construction laws and regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

HNC or degree in Quantity Surveying.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience.

RICS certification preferred.

Strong skills in cost estimation, contract management, and cost control.

Knowledge of construction law and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Masterbill, Bluebeam, MS Excel).
