About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced teacher to join our vibrant school community in Cardiff. You will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons while maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Your expertise in behaviour management will ensure all students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lessons.
Implement effective strategies to support positive behaviour for learning.
Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Use assessment and data to inform teaching and track student progress.
Collaborate with the pastoral team to support student well-being.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience in classroom teaching with a focus on behaviour management.
Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
