My client is seeking an experienced Sous/ Senior Sous Chef to join their Kitchen Team at this stunning coastal property near Newquay.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative dishes, a strong understanding of kitchen operations, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
As a Sous/ Senior Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in managing the kitchen, ensuring the quality and consistency of our food, and maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety alongside the Head Chef.
Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years experience within similar high-end setting.
NO LIVE IN AVAILABLE- You must be able to commute to Newquay and have your own transport
This is a full-time permanent position offering an annual salary up to £39,000 based on a 50 hour week & dependant on experience- plus a share of the tips
