The Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

* Carrying out scheduled vehicle servicing to manufacturer standards.

* Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.

* Conducting electronic visual health checks (eVHC) and advising customers.

* Providing outstanding customer service and liaising with service advisors.

* Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

* Mentoring apprentices where required.

What We’re Looking For

* Minimum Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.

* Experience in both mechanical and electrical diagnostics.

* Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.

* Full UK driving licence.

* MOT licence is desirable but not essential (training available).

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday: 08:15 – 17:00

* One in four Saturdays: 08:00 – 13:00
