RTL are working alongside a Super - Prime construction contractor with over 25 years experience in specialist construction. My client is widely regarded as a leading expert in complex building projects in Essex and are looking for an on the ground Foreman!

Foreman responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside Site Manager and Project Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Toolbox talks

• Liaising and working with the client

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

Foreman requirements:

* • Gold/Black CSCS card.

* • SSSTS/SMSTS.

* • Experienced working on High end Residential Projects.

* • Full UK Driving License.

* Carpentry background
