About the Opportunity:
I am working with a fast-expanding stockholder and processor of non-ferrous metals who is looking to develop their growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Regional Business Development Manager to join a dynamic, forward-thinking company that is experiencing rapid growth in the non-ferrous products market.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales and expanding the business across the Northwest region. Whether you have a background in metals, manufacturing, or simply a proven track record in business development, this role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their career with a market leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a business development strategy to increase sales of non-ferrous sheet products across the Northwest region.
Identify and target new business opportunities within industries that utilize non-ferrous metals, such as manufacturing and fabrication.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including purchasing managers and directors, to drive long-term partnerships.
Present and sell the company’s range of non-ferrous sheet products, offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact and prospecting to closing deals and providing ongoing support.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth product delivery and excellent customer service.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (ideally within manufacturing, metals, or industrial sectors, but other industries are also welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers.
Motivated, proactive, and target-driven, with the ability to manage your own time and work independently.
A full UK driving license is required, as the role involves regular travel across the North West.
While knowledge of non-ferrous sheet products would be advantageous, it is not essential – full product training will be provided.
