Job Title: Technical Manager

Our client is a leading food business who supply to a variety of the major retailers. As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Technical Manager to join their business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, ensuring their technical and quality requirements are met.
* Meetings & Conferences: Represent the business at customer meetings, benchmarking occasions, and industry conferences, both virtually and in-person.
* Site Visits: Conduct visits to sites and raw material and ingredient sources as necessary to support technical requirements.
* Supplier Approval: Assist sites with ingredient supplier approval processes.
* Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer information requests regarding products, processes, supply chains, and sustainability.
* Audit Support: Support second-party and third-party audits and visits, working closely with Site Technical Managers.
* Sustainability Reporting: Manage and present information to stakeholders on sustainability topics, ensuring transparency and compliance.
* System Updates: Maintain and update customer systems and documents in collaboration with Specification Technologists.
* KPI Reporting: Compile and report customer KPIs to
