Currently working with a client in Essex currently hiring for a Lead Building Surveyor position with a focus on delivering proactive structural and tenant safety surveying.

The most ideal candidates will have a history of working within Local Authorities and Housing Associations to assess structural and safety issues brought forward in all properties.

Responsibilities

Ensure all properties are safe, clean and habitable
Regularly report and schedule works, oversee from inception to completion
structural issues including damp and Mould, Disrepairs
Deal with contractors carrying out worksRequirements

Not essential but relevant degree or HNC/HND
